A Culture of Care Your Loved One Deserves

I have been a nurse for 24 years and have been at Remember Me for just short of a year. One of my favorite parts about Remember Me is the people we take care of. It is like an extended family of parents and grandparents! We laugh together, cry together, and there’s lots of hugs! Did I mention lots of hugs? I love the care we are able to provide as nurses, and the time we are given to actually make relationships with our residents and staff. It is so nice to have our management team on the premises and be hands-on with us, versus a corporation that can sometimes be unaware of the daily routine and activities. What makes Remember Me so different is the home set up, so with the houses the way they are, it makes everything more comfortable for the residents and more manageable for the staff. I feel blessed to be a part of the RMSC family!

Mother has been a resident at Remember Me for the past 8 months. I live in another part of the state, and I am an only child with a full-time job and family. I visit often but cannot be there every day. We have found the facility to be beautiful and clean, the staff to be amazing, and the food to be tasty and the owners continually committed to providing quality care and enrichment for each resident. On multiple occasions, my mother has described Remember Me as a place of “Pure Love”. We highly recommend this community and staff. I can’t imagine a better situation for my mother to be in at 90 years old. We should all be so lucky!

Upon hearing about Remember Me from a friend, we made an appointment for a tour. After seeing this beautiful and well-planned community and speaking with the owners and management, we signed our Mom up that very day. What sounded too good to be true was not. We are so fortunate to have Remember Me Senior Care in Cleveland, TN. The facility is absolutely spectacular providing its residents a bright, cheery, warm, modern farmhouse style home in a beautiful neighborhood setting. The home-style concept of RMSC is unique in this industry, but it really works to help the residents enjoy a peaceful, loving, comfort-oriented setting. Additionally, the individual resident rooms are lovely...very spacious, with high ceilings, incredibly bright, and, most importantly, impeccably clean. I have an unusual situation in that both of my parents require Assisted Living and Memory Care. The team at Remember Me Senior Care stepped in and immediately developed a personalized care strategy for each of my parents. In the 9 months my Mom and Dad have lived at RMSC, the caregivers, administration, food services, nurses, activity coordinators and all the support staff have truly become like family! I cannot stress enough how kind, loving and patient each person at RMSC is; they all clearly have a heart and passion for the work they do.
