Our Story

Remember Me Senior Care (RMSC) is a senior living neighborhood located in Cleveland, Tennessee that is owned and operated by brothers Tracy Sneed and Andy Sneed. RMSC has a mission to serve the community with a heart to make a difference and be the change in healthcare that it so desperately needs.

The vision for RMSC began in 2014 as Tracy and Andy saw the need first-hand as their mother, Anne, lived with dementia. Over her 13-year journey with dementia, Tracy and Andy recognized that there was a great need for care, services, and education about dementia. Because of their journey, developing RMSC was a personal and purposeful way to change the way people perceive assisted living and dementia care.

Andy and I believe that everyone should be treated and taken care of with the utmost respect and compassion. It’s simply a biblical concept that we believe and have faith in,” Tracy said. “We built this company based on providing exceptional care with a servant’s heart along with the feeling of community, positivity, and safety for our residents and our families, just as we would want for our mother.

Having the ability to care for their mom was a blessing from God. Anne provided care and a loving home to her sons her whole life, and they saw it as a privilege to serve her at a point she needed it most. The journey was not easy though.

It was very daunting at times and took hold of our families’ whole life for the duration of the disease,” Tracy said. “Sleep sometimes never came. Things seldom went as planned, and eventually it was impossible to do on our own. On top of it all, dealing with the feeling of guilt for having to reach out for help and having to find a place that really puts serving those that are in need of dementia care was so difficult. We experienced this in every sense and emotion.

After seeing the care provided for our mother and how much more it could have been improved, we knew we needed to and wanted to do things differently for other residents and their families in the same situation as us,” Andy said. “Tracy and I are building a community where love, respect, and care for everyone is one of the most important aspects. We want people to know this is a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place for our residents and staff.
