Meet the Team

Tracy Sneed, the owner of Remember Me Senior Care, is driven by a deep commitment to ensuring that residents feel purposeful, dignified, and respected during this chapter of their lives

He feels his work at RMSC is incredibly rewarding, as he values the impact his team has on the lives of the residents and appreciates the love and community fostered within the homes. Tracy’s passion for senior care stems from his personal experience caring for his mother, who had Alzheimer’s for 13 years. Understanding firsthand the challenges families face when entrusting the care of a loved one to a community, Tracy is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for both residents and their families, always keeping the residents’ needs at the heart of everything RMSC does. In his free time, Tracy enjoys golfing, boating, and spending quality time with his grandbabies.

Meet Ashley Howard, RN, BSN, CDP, our Executive Director! Ashley has been leading our team since we opened in 2021. She feels deeply passionate about creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents and their families. Her journey in senior living began in high school, when she worked as a CNA on a dementia unit and has continued as she has cared for others as a nurse for the past 13 years. With two of her grandparents affected by dementia, this field holds a special place in her heart. When the concept of Remember Me Senior Care was presented to her, she knew she wanted to be a part of making a meaningful difference in the memory care setting. What truly fulfills her in her role is witnessing families enjoying and interacting with their loved ones in a stress-free environment, where we focus on loving our residents where they are at and providing them with the highest quality of care. Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in watching her son play football and spending time on the river.
