Remember Me has a strong care ratio, allowing staff to build meaningful relationships, while giving personal and intimate care to each resident. Having 24/7, around the clock care, families can rest, be confident, and enjoy visiting again, knowing your loved one is getting the personalized care they deserve.
Residents live in a neighborhood-like cove featuring five farmhouses, an administration office, a commissary house, a pavilion and gazebo that is framed by a walking path for team members, residents and families to enjoy. Each farmhouse welcomes 12 to 14 assisted living and memory care residents, giving each resident access to a private dining room, the living room with a fireplace, large hallways lined with artwork from the surrounding community, and a front porch to enjoy the neighborhood. Residents are encouraged to participate in daily activities and enjoy meal times all around their cozy farmhouse. Unlike traditional senior living communities where residents have meal times and activities in big groups, Remember Me’s approach is to create smaller, quieter, and more personalized community living.

Remember Me takes extra precautions to ensure residents enjoy a safe and healthy lifestyle. Geofencing is a location-based virtual boundary that triggers alerts to mobile devices. Our community uses geofencing and wearable technology by CarePredict, which adds extra layers of oversight for residents. With this technology in place, families can have confidence knowing their loved ones are in a secure environment while receiving topnotch care.
Taking advantage and enjoying the lovely outdoors is another way Remember Me helps residents thrive. Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation found that being outside in the sunlight can increase function and may lower the risk of falls in seniors living with dementia. The farmhouse community has beautiful outdoor spaces that residents are encouraged to utilize. From comfortable rocking chairs on the front porches to a pavilion and gazebo, there are many opportunities for residents and their families to socialize and enjoy the sunshine. With multiple interior and exterior courtyards, a walking path around the neighborhood, and planned outdoor activities, residents are able to enjoy the outdoors all within their community. You can often find smiling residents sitting on the porches or walking throughout the neighborhood with caregivers. At traditional assisted living and memory care communities, resident costs can vary depending on levels of care needed; however, at Remember Me, our all-inclusive rent cost includes farmhouse living, all amenities, and care services tailored to your loved one’s needs. Remember Me is all-inclusive, private pay and accepts Veteran Benefits and Long-Term Care Insurance.
Additionally, Remember Me maintains partnerships with Physician Services, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Podiatry, Home Healths, and Hospices. Residents are the priority, and our caregivers and team members work to ensure they have full access to various specialty cares that they may need.

Personally Attuned Environments
Located in Cleveland, just outside of Chattanooga, The Remember Me neighborhood is just that, a neighborhood. The beautiful farmhouses create a community environment to help residents live their best lives in a safe and familiar home-style environment.
Each farmhouse has 12 rooms, 12 bathrooms, and a residential-style kitchen. A chef prepares meals in each farmhouse that are enjoyed with other residents, creating olfactory stimulation. There are 12-14 residents per home, creating a close family-style environment. The community has double occupancy room options for couples, siblings, family members, or even friends to room together if they wish to do so.
